These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HackerzOnline 3 website and waitlist (collectively, the "Service"), operated by HackerzOnline 3 ("we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing to our waitlist or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service or subscribe to the waitlist.
HackerzOnline 3 is an Android multiplayer hacking simulator game currently in development. The Service at this stage consists of a waitlist that allows interested users to sign up to be notified when the game is about to be released.
By subscribing to the waitlist, you agree to receive a single email notification from us when the game is about to be released. You will not receive any other communications from us through the waitlist.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service and subscribe to the waitlist. If you are under 16, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
To join the waitlist, you provide us with your email address. You are responsible for ensuring that the email address you provide is accurate and belongs to you. You authorize us to use your email address solely for the purpose described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of marketing or promotional emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link included in those emails, or by contacting us at privacy@hackerz.online. Opting out of transactional emails (such as those required to operate your account or the Service) is not possible where they are necessary to provide the Service to you.

All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the game name "HackerzOnline 3", and software, is the property of HackerzOnline 3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The game is currently in development. Features, release dates, and other details may change without notice. We make no commitment regarding the availability or timing of the game's release.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HackerzOnline 3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, for the Service.
This limitation of liability does not apply to liability for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, or to statutory liability under German law that cannot be excluded by contract.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HackerzOnline 3 from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
You may unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time by contacting us at privacy@hackerz.online. Upon your request, we will delete your email address from our records in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict of laws provisions. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be our registered place of business in Germany, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
